Dolly-Parton
Dolly Parton was born on the 19th of January 1946 at Locust Ridge Tenn. She was raised with 12 other children. Her vivid imagination allowed her to escape the pressures of daily life. Prior to learning how to read and write Dolly Parton had already begun to compose her own songs. In 8 years, she got her first guitar. When she was 11 years old when she was 11, she began singing on Knoxville Tenn's radio station. In the following year, she made her debut album on Gold Band Records an independent small label. While she was an established local celebrity while at the high school years, her goals were bigger. In 1964, the day that followed her graduation from high school her family moved to Nashville. Dumb Blonde was her first album to be charted on Monument Records. Porter Wagoner, a syndicated show on TV at the time, was in search for a girl to sing for his program. Parton was hired in 1966, joined RCA Records in 1968, and then the Grand Ole Opry was founded in the year 1969. Parton left the show but in 1974, because her albums on her own like Joshua Coat Of Many Colors and Jolene beat out their collaborative albums. Parton wrote "I I Will Never Forget You" to Wagoner soon after their split. The song was ranked the top spot at No. This was the first time a song hit the top spot.
